Being motivated is a wonderful state of your being. It is the driving force that causes desire. Motivation has been shown to have an inner drive to behave or act in  a certain manner. No one can motivate anyone to do anything. All a person can do for another is
provide them with incentives to motivate themselves. our drive is constantly assaulted by negative thoughts and anxiety about the future.

Some reasons why we lose motivation?

  • lack of focus
  • lack of desire
  • confidence knocked down
  • lack of direction.

These would be some of the reasons why we lose motivation. When we make a mistake we tend to just give up or push it to the side for later? sound about right ?

Pushing your focus and desire to one side because of a knock down is not going to have positive outcomes for the future. Pick them back up and start again what have you got to lose ?

  • Be willing to leave your comfort zone.
  • Train yourself to finish what you started
  • Spend at least one hour a day on self-development.
  • Choose to be happy.

Tomorrow is a new day,

A new day to challenge yourself to drive towards success.                                    3

A new day too try something new.

A new day to finish your goals.

What if there was a day that stopped you from achieving your goals, do not let that day happen achieve them when we can do not give up and be sorry you never did it.
